Wallpapers Of The Month | January

Due to the overwhelming success of our previous Apple Watch Wallpaper packs we've decided that we're going to bring our Buckle & Band Insider Club a brand new collection of Apple Watch Faces every month! Each pack will consist of four designs to reflect the month and celebrate some of its national or international holidays. Wallpapers Of The Month 1: January

With the festivities behind us let's kick things off with January's pack of four! 

2024 | First off is the 2024 wallpaper. Strong and simple; a bright, bold typographic design celebrating the new year we've all just entered. 

Martin Luther King Jr. Day | On the 15th January people in The United States, and all over the world, will celebrate this federal holiday to honour of the great civil rights leader and overall beacon of hope; Martin Luther King Jr. This day marks the birthday of the iconic figure who delivered the famous 'I Have A Dream' speech in 1963, during the March on Washington, where he bravely called for equality and an end to racism. King's legacy is represented here by the dove carrying an olive branch - the worldwide symbol of peace and hope - over the stars and stripes of the American pennants.

Burns Night | Burns Night is a national Scottish holiday that honours the life and times of the legendary 18th century poet Robert 'Rabbie' Burns. Falling on the 25th January, Burns' birthday, the celebration often marks an end to any Dry January pledges as many Scots gather to enjoy a drink along with a Burns Supper that consists of some comforting and traditional delicacies such as haggis, neeps and tatties. As a tribute to our great neighbours to the north, this wallpaper features their national symbol; The Scottish Thistle. 

National Winnie The Pooh Day | January the 18th marks National Winnie The Pooh Day as it celebrates the Birthday of the books author A. A. Milne. The cuddly character has been a childhood staple for many generations since the first edition of the book was written almost 100 years ago! The wholesome adventures from Hundred Acre Wood have gone from the page to the screen and now you can sport Pooh's signature pot of honey on your Apple Watch.
