I am very happy with the strap and the customer service. There is no telephone numbers listed for support so I was skeptical before ordering. However I had a minor issue that was resolved by their support team by email/ online.

Love the different ‘portrait’ shape and style. This is a high quality case and highly recommend if you’re looking for something stylish and quality. Bought for my daughter for Christmas to go with her new MacBook and she was delighted. Would call it navy rather than royal blue though.

This is a really wonderful dark Emerald/bottle green, Has a strong zip which is important and good and talent padding. The only thing that would improve the design would be one flat and internal pocket.
