I am very happy with the strap and the customer service. There is no telephone numbers listed for support so I was skeptical before ordering. However I had a minor issue that was resolved by their support team by email/ online.
Good quality leather watch strap. Looks expensive
Elegant but simple. Great design, but the leather lacks deep, realistic grooves, which diminishes its premium feel. Perfect for minimalists, but not for those seeking detailed craftsmanship.
The strap I got is as shown in the website. It’s beautiful and looks high quality. I would love to purchase more. Reason for my 4 star review is because I got my order 20 days after. Hope we can have a choice on which courier to use. I don’t mind paying more, I just want to have my order right away. 😜
Product looked exactly as the item appeared on the website. Fine quality. I also appreciated the communication updates on shipping and maintenance of the band once I received it.
